About the Director
Cindy Wolff is a third generation CSUC alumni (grandmother, 1912; father, 1950). She began her higher education career at CSU, Chico as a Biology major in 1971. She taught part-time in the Nutrition and Food Sciences Program from 1982-1984 and returned to accept a tenure track position following the completion of her PhD in 1987.
